We have found PowerQuote to be an accurate Mac estimating program. Our previous estimating program was a FileMaker based software, which would frequently make mistakes by miscalculating, losing records, automatically duplicating records, and would not link the right customer information to the active quote that was in progress. It's fast and easy! Using PowerQuote has been a wonderful experience for my printing company, especially after the previous estimating software we used.
This gives you the ability to recall a job for a reorder. With the job history tab, you can review all the jobs you have ever done for any of your customers. Print it, ship it, invoice it, your done! We have quoted jobs to customers weather it be in person or over the phone in just seconds. Just enter the specs for a job, choose the paper stock to be printed, add your typesetting, shipping, bindery, etc. The service is excellent! The program is easy to use.
During the use of the program, if we had questions about the software, we have always received a quick and friendly response. The people at PowerQuote were easily and readily available to help with any questions or concerns we had during the set up process.

The PowerQuote software was easy to install and set up, which made it possible for a quick start to use the program. We have purposely tried to break and/or make PowerQuote malfunction in some way and have not succeeded. We find the software to be virtually bullet proof.
